Vendor Agreement

This agreement governs your use of XSITE as a seller. You must read and agree to this before listing products.

1. Seller Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older
You must complete identity verification (KYC)
You must provide accurate business information
You must have the legal right to sell the products you list

2. Commission & Fees

XSITE charges a commission on every sale. Your applicable commission rate is displayed in your vendor dashboard. Commission is deducted automatically from each transaction before crediting your wallet.

Commission rates may be updated with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of new rates.

3. Payouts

Earnings are held in your XSITE wallet. You may request withdrawal when your available balance meets the minimum threshold. Withdrawals are processed manually within 3-5 business days. XSITE is not liable for bank transfer delays.

4. Product Requirements

All products must be accurately described
You must own or have the right to sell listed products
Products must comply with the Prohibited Items Policy
Product files and keys must be functional at delivery
Account credentials must be valid at delivery

5. Prohibited Products

See our Prohibited Items Policy for the complete list. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending wallet balance.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer successfully disputes a transaction, the disputed amount will be deducted from your wallet balance. If balance is insufficient, it will be deducted from future earnings.

7. Termination

XSITE may terminate your seller account for violation of this agreement, fraudulent activity, repeated refund/chargeback incidents, or selling prohibited items. Upon termination, approved wallet balances will be paid out minus any outstanding disputes, within 30 days.
