Delivery is 100% instant! Upon successful payment confirmation, your license key, account credentials, access link, or file download token is generated immediately and displayed on your Checkout Confirmation screen and saved in your Customer Portal > My Orders area.
After purchasing an item, you can click the "Chat Vendor" button on your order confirmation, order details, or from your Messages tab in your customer portal to chat directly with the seller.
Yes! XSITE supports guest checkout. You can enter your email, complete payment, and view your instant license key on the checkout success screen. You can also sign in via Google anytime using the same email to access your past order history.
All products sold on XSITE are backed by our Vendor Guarantee & Refund Policy. If a key fails, send a message to the vendor via the chat system. Vendors are required to replace defective keys or issue refunds within 48 hours.
