⚠️ Please read these terms carefully before using XSITE. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XSITE ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make purchases on XSITE.

2. About the Platform

XSITE is a marketplace where independent vendors sell digital products to customers. XSITE is a platform intermediary — we facilitate transactions but are not the seller of any product listed by vendors.

XSITE charges a commission on each transaction. Commission rates are set in the vendor agreement and may vary by vendor.

3. Accounts

Customer accounts are created via Google Sign-In or verified email credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must not share your account credentials.

Vendor accounts require identity verification (KYC). Providing false information during KYC will result in permanent account termination.

XSITE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. Purchases & Digital Products

All products on XSITE are digital goods delivered electronically. Delivery is fulfilled immediately upon payment clearance or via vendor instructions.

Prices are set by vendors and displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because products are digital, refunds are not automatically granted after delivery except under qualifying conditions.

6. Prohibited Content

Vendors may not list products that violate our Prohibited Items Policy, including stolen accounts, cracked software, malware, illegal content, or intellectual property infringements.

7. Limitation of Liability

XSITE is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or legality of products listed by vendors. XSITE's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
